Marine resources can be a valuable source of protein that is easily accessible to people around the world. Stable production will be required through appropriately managed aquaculture and breeding. In order to ensure sustainability, it is also important to stabilize income for fishermen. For this reason, research is being conducted on how to add value to marine products. On LASBOS, we would like to disseminate information on such research so that as many people as possible can learn how to use marine resources effectively and without wasting them, and cooperate with sustainable fishing and marine product consumption. We would also like people to think about reducing hunger in the whole world to zero.
