  • Course Objectives

Observe stomach contents of cod juveniles sampled in Mutsu Bay, and learn basic techniques for feeding analysis.

Based on the observations, we will discuss prey types, selection mechanisms for prey taxa and body size, and feeding intensity in fish.

(Note that the "course objectives" shown here are not the "objectives" of the report you write when you submit your report. In other words, course objectives ≠ objectives of the scientific paper. When writing your own report, you must think about and set the purpose of your experiment (set the hypothesis), present the results, and describe them.)
