Marine debris visual inspection
A three-day debris visual inspection was conducted in the sea area near Japan from June 11-13, 2011.
Shifts are held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Items such as driftweed, plastics, plastic bottles, Styrofoam, driftwood, fishing gear, feathers, etc., are recorded on a tablet.
If we are lucky, we can even see marine animals.
I feel very sad when I see debris floating in the oceans.
Throw garbage in the trash properly!
