Life on the ship is not busy all the time, and there are days when observations end early, periods when there are not many observations, and other free time. Here we introduce how we spend our free time!

①Watch the movie

One student had brought a DVD of Hayao Miyazaki's works and told us we could watch it freely, so we all often enjoyed watching Ghibli together. It seems that Ghibli is an integral part of the ship. There were TVs in the student classrooms on the ship, so we watched them there. It seems that Ponyo is very hot, especially for those who study the oceans. Various plankton appear, and there are scenes that can be taken as nutrient addition (if you don't know where, please take a look).

②Reading

Everyone brought a variety of books. While aboard the ship, it is a good chance to consume the stacks of books. The book I read was "Chibi Shiku-chan" by Momoko Sakura. It was a heart-wrenching manga with a completely different world from Chibimaruko-chan. (It's funny, you should read it!)

③Sleep

Have you ever gotten seasick? When you get seasick on a ship, I believe that the only way to deal with seasickness is to "go to bed". Therefore, people who get seasick on a ship and can't help themselves run to bed, lol.

Also, if you take seasickness medicine, you will not get seasick, but the rocking of the ship will feel like a cradle and make you very sleepy.

On the ship, everyone's partner is their bed, lol.
