Topic outline

  • This course will introduce students to courses on image analysis, such as microscopy, mass imaging or MRI.

  • stereomicroscope

A stereomicroscope is a microscope that uses relatively low magnification (2-60x) and directly observes the observed object without preparing it. In the field of fisheries, stereomicroscopes are used in various situations such as zooplankton observation and tissue observation. Fisheries departments also have stereomicroscopes capable of fluorescent observation as common equipment.
