      It is a video of sampling (dissection) of pink salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha) in the offshore training 1 conducted on the training ship Oshoro-maru in the western part of the North Pacific Ocean. Living individuals are hand-fished for microscopic observation and physiological analysis. First, immobilize with carbonated water.
