This video introduces the principles and usage of instruments used in
the Faculty of Fisheries, Hokkaido University. We will introduce a
method for measuring DPP-IV inhibitory activity, which is one of the
research themes of the Food Technology Laboratory. You can learn about
an example of enzyme experiments conducted at the Faculty of Fisheries.
